  • No shipping fees for all services of The Right Spot Spa.

  • The voucher will be send to your e-mail directly. No physical voucher will be send by post.

  • All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and OnTheList reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested is unavailable.
  • Do you do overseas delivery?
    There is no overseas delivery service for the moment.
  • When will my order be dispatched?
    Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability.
  • How do I track my order?
    As soon as your order will be dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

 

2. Can I exchange or return a product?

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted. OnTheList is a flash sales platform; all products bought are final sale.
